Job Desc :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers through active and professional communication.
- Handle reseller transactions, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing product and service information.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new resellers in line with company targets.
- Create product collages and promotional materials to support reseller marketing activities.
- Monitor reseller orders and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and payment collections from resellers on a daily or weekly basis.
- Ensure all reseller payments are received according to the agreed payment terms.
- Maintain and update the reseller database accurately and regularly.
- Prepare periodic reports on reseller activities, sales performance, and payment collection status.
