Qualifications:
Female, maximum 35 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, preferably in a distribution or FMCG company.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and other data processing functions.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of Sales Administration processes and Distributor Operations.
Experienced in preparing sales reports, inventory monitoring, order processing, and sales administration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with numerical data.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process orders from the sales team and customers.
Ensure sales, inventory, and delivery data are recorded accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales targets and the activities of the sales team.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
Maintain customer databases and sales administration records.
Verify documents, invoices, and transaction data with a high level of accuracy.
Assist in preparing sales data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
