ARTHA INFOTAMA is an IT Company and is one Gold Microsoft Partner with Competency Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft Dynamics GP | Dynamics 365 | RMS), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP Tier 1), Cloud Productivity, Cloud Platform, Data Platform, Application Development, Midmarket Solution Provider & Authorized Education Reseller.
We urgently needed : Admin Sales & Marketing communication
Responsibilities :
1. Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
2. Support sales activities, and Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system by updating customer data, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as required.
3. Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
4. Coordinate with various internal departments, , to gather necessary information and support sales activities.
5. Assist in organizing sales events, adn customer needs, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
6. Manage Social Media Campaign dan e-commerce
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University and proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-focused environment.
2. Experience in IT Industry or other industry (will be considered)
3. At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
