- Qualifications – Purchasing Staff
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project-based industries is required
3. Proven experience handling project procurement, including material sourcing, supplier coordination, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing
4. Experienced in sourcing construction materials, interior finishes, furniture, and other project-related supplies
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing price comparisons, purchasing reports, and procurement records
6. Able to negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices while maintaining material quality and meeting project specifications
7. Able to monitor material availability, lead times, and delivery schedules to meet project deadlines
8. Experienced in coordinating with project, estimator, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and budgets.
9. Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
10. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple procurement tasks under tight deadlines.
