About the role
We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Admin Project to support the execution of high rise building construction project (Prima Home) in South Jakarta. As an Admin Project, you will assist the project team in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring documentation is well maintained, and supporting smooth coordination between site and office operations. This position is open for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the construction industry
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and preparing reports,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, files and records
- Assist with the procurement of materials and services for ongoing projects
- Ensure all project administration complies with company standards and procedures
- Provide general office support as needed, such as answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
What we're looking for
- SMK/D3 graduate (preferably in Administration, Engineering, or related field). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
