Job Description
- Prepare and manage project documents, including SPK, Purchase Requisition (PR), and Purchase Order (PO), as well as monitor the approval process.
- Monitor and maintain records of CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization.
- Support project documentation requirements for both back-office operations and on-site activities.
- Prepare project-related letters and other required documentation.
- Manage and process vendor invoices and payment documents.
- Maintain, organize, and archive project files and documentation for completed projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and cross-functional departments through email and other communication channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with accounting software or accounting programs.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage documents, track approvals, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
