Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Production atau Merchandiser (Modest Fashion Fashion) Napocut
Responsibilities
- Follow up bulk production until goods release to store
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and accessories required before production begins
- Follow up components material are clear to deliver to vendors
- Follow up for Purchasing material for bulk production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designer, operational team, costing team)
- Handle communication relates to changes in spec or prod schedule
- Ensure products are produced in accordance with company quality standards
- Conduct inspection at every stage of production to defect
- Make a routine reports about progress production
Qualifications
- All Major and Fashion/Merchandising is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position in the garment industry/retail industry, preferably within modest fashion, sportswear and accessories
- Fast learner, excellence in communication and have strong negotiation skill
- Positive mindset, ability to work with team and individually, and high standard of accuracy and results-oriented
- Have the ability to operate a computer, especially Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Have a knowledge about Odoo/SAP is a plus
- Honest
- Adaptive with the dynamic condition
