Admin Production atau Merchandiser (Modest Fashion Fashion)

Responsibilities

• Follow up bulk production until goods release to store
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and accessories required before production begins
• Follow up components material are clear to deliver to vendors
• Follow up for Purchasing material for bulk production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designer, operational team, costing team)
• Handle communication relates to changes in spec or prod schedule
• Ensure products are produced in accordance with company quality standards
• Conduct inspection at every stage of production to defect
• Make a routine reports about progress production

Qualifications

• All Major and Fashion/Merchandising is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position in the garment industry/retail industry, preferably within modest fashion, sportswear and accessories
• Fast learner, excellence in communication and have strong negotiation skill
• Positive mindset, ability to work with team and individually, and high standard of accuracy and results-oriented
• Have the ability to operate a computer, especially Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Have a knowledge about Odoo/SAP is a plus
• Honest
• Adaptive with the dynamic condition
