Deskripsi pekerjaan

I. Mengelola Stok dan Produk

Bertanggung jawab untuk product knowledge
Memantau restock produk
Memperbarui stock produk di marketplace
Menambahkan produk baru atau merevisi produk (input data produk, harga, foto, deskripsi)
Memastikan data produk akurat dan lengkap.

II. Mengoperasikan Omnichannel Jubelio

Mengelola SKU yang bertautan ke marketplace
Membuat faktur offline
Membantu administrasi di Jubelio

III. Memantau Complain, Return & Refund

Memantau dan membantu tim complain & refund
Memastikan paket return dr marketplace kembali ke warehouse

Skill:

Akurasi pada detail (Teliti & Cermat)
Excel (min. VLOOKUP), Ecommerce (min. BULK UPDATE), dan Jubelio (min. BULK UPDATE)
Sistem cross checking / double checking
