TransTRACK's Fleet Management System will provide remote management of the fleet, drivers and cargo. Transportation Management TransTRACK will streamline the shipping process and ensure on-time delivery, and the Truck Appointment System TransTRACK will solve the problem of truck congestion and substandard loading/unloading times.
Qualifications and Responsibilities::
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Male or Female with maximum 30 years old.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Perform regular inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate and timely data.
- Document all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
