Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for the Operations Department
- Organize, prepare, and manage company documents, including internal memo, contract, invoices, correspondence, SOP, and legal documents
- Maintain database of office, stores, and warehouses on a monthly basis and ensure proper filing of both softcopy and hardcopy documents
- Record meeting discussions and ensure all records are properly maintained
- Track and follow up on the progress of tasks across departments related to operational matters
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents required for audits or inspections
- Follow up on pending partnership agreements and ensure all signed documents are properly archived
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in the retail industry or related industry
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and data management
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer literate
- Ability to work on-site in Kelapa Gading
