Qualifications :
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or operations administration is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, formulas, Pivot Table, and reporting).
- Strong administrative, analytical, and data management skills.
- Able to prepare and maintain operational documents, shipment records, inventory reports, and delivery documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling data and reports.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
