- Handle daily operational activities of the property/villa
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness of the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors
- Assist guests and handle operational inquiries
- Record daily income, expenses, and petty cash transactions
- Prepare simple operational and financial reports
- Support invoice, payment, and administrative documentation
- Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
