Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Online Warehouse PT. Pillar Brite Care

Jobdesc :
- Process incoming orders (check orders, input data, coordinate with warehouse/packing team)
- Update order status & input tracking numbers
- Monitor stock & coordinate with the warehouse team
- Handle customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the team
- Prepare daily reports (order & sales)

Requirements :
- Have experience as an online shop/marketplace admin
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, & Tiktok Shop
- Able to operate Excel/Google Sheets
- Fast typing skills & responsive in handling chats
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Able to work underpressure
