Main Responsibilities:
Manage marketplace platforms including uploading product catalogues, editing information and participating in events and promotions
Handle processing and shipping of orders quickly and accurately, including during peak periods and holidays
May be required to assist in online customer service including attending to customer chats and reviews
Assist with any other ad hoc jobs
Job Minimum Requirements:
18 – 25 years old
Fresh graduates from polytechnics or universities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Meticulous, honest, responsible and hardworking
Able to communicate and work well with colleagues
