Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Online Intern PT BUSANA AKTIF MANDIRI
Requirements:
• Female
• Education min D3 or Internship
• Mastering or familiar with Microsoft Office, Whatsapp and Marketplace
• Abbility to work as a team or individually
• Having good communication skills (oral and written) and negotiating
• Thorough, honest and detail oriented
• Can operate or control marketplaces (Website, Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Zalora, Blibli, Tiktok, Lazada)
Job Responsibilities:
• Help manage marketplaces & websites
• Study the company's product knowledge
• Uploading new products on the marketplace and website including processing product descriptions and product categories
• Selecting photos to upload on the marketplace
• Assisting in receiving and processing incoming orders through all marketplaces according to procedures and helping to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Help record sales data and customer orders
• Serving & following up customers in a friendly and polite manner according to procedures through the marketplace or whatsapp
• Performing other related administrative activities
