Job description for Admin Officer cum Receptionist at Rohto-Mentholatum Việt Nam
- Welcome guests and greet people who visit the company in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person, ensure that all employees are informed of their guest’s arrival
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk
- Ensuring Reception is covered at all times
- Handle all incoming calls, answer inquiries, take and forward messages or transfer calls to appropriate personnel
- Ensuring Reception is covered at all times
- Regularly update company contact list and put on the share folder on time
- Maintain office supply stock (stationery and sales collaterals)
- Assist Administrator in managing office assets and office maintenance
- Co-ordinate with external courier to ensure the distribution & delivery of mail express service made on a timely basis with reliable services
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

- Collect, compile, disseminate and file office reports and statistics in a timely manner
