Job Description
- Support daily administrative activities for the Marketing Department.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain marketing documents, reports, and promotional records.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with Operations, Creative, Purchasing, and outlet teams.
- Monitor promotion timelines and ensure all campaign materials are distributed on schedule.
- Update promotional content across digital platforms, menus, and marketing channels.
- Assist in managing social media schedules and coordinating content uploads.
- Maintain customer, partnership, and vendor databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Support event preparation, execution, and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Marketing Admin, Sales Admin, or Administrative Staff. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or public holidays when required for events or campaigns.
