What We’re Looking For
- Experience with marketplace ecosystem such as Shopee & TikTok Shop
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized in handling daily marketplace operations
- Comfortable communicating with customers and handling sales conversations
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment with quick execution
- Interested in e-commerce, live commerce, and performance-driven sales environment
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain marketplace operations end-to-end: product setup, stock updates, store appearance, campaign setup, voucher management, and marketplace optimization
- Handle customer chats, follow up inquiries, and assist customers until closing/purchase happens
- Host Shopee Live & TikTok Live for a minimum of 3 hours during the assigned shift to engage customers, showcase products, answer inquiries, and drive sales performance
- Monitor and maintain day-to-day marketplace activities on Shopee & TikTok Shop
- Willing to work in rotating shifts, including afternoon and evening schedules
- Create daily operational and sales reports for marketplace performance tracking
