Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Mandarin PT Indonesia Equipment Centre
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and pricing.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and spare parts procurement.
- Manage business documents, settlements, and invoicing.
- Coordinate spare parts inventory and transfers.
- Handle internal procurement requests.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is a plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documents accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta.
