Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Konstruksi PT Dwi Tunggal Putra

Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Melakukan proses data entry mengenai Material On Site yang masuk ke lokasi,
· Melakukan sesi dokumentasi, termasuk memastikan kelengkapan checklist barang yang diterima,
· Menjaga dan memeriksa inventory kantor,
· Membuat perincian kebutuhan operasional kantor proyek dan membuat reimbursement ke kantor pusat,
· Membuat surat jalan,
· Membuat data absensi dan lembur,
· Membuat laporan mingguan / bulanan,
· Merapikan dokumen dan membuat salinan dari setiap dokumen yang terkait dengan proyek, serta menjaga nya dengan baik.
Job Requirements:
· Berdomisili di sekitar wilayah Tapos, Depok atau bersedia di tempatkan di Tapos, Depok
· Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Teknik dan memiliki pengalaman kerja di proyek konstruksi.
· Mengetahui / menguasai metode-metode Project Management.
· Memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi, dapat bekerja mandiri dalam lingkungan minim supervisi.
· Jam kerja Senin – Jumat:
08:00 – 16:00
· Jam kerja Sabtu:
08:00 – 14:00
