Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Intern Alas Harum Group

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks and understand the day-to-day operations of a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Support daily administrative tasks in various departments.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office records and supplies.
  • Respond to emails and handle basic office communications.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from Administration, Business, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work from the office (onsite).
