Admin HRD position in a retail distribution company responsible for managing human resources administration including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee records.
Key responsibilities
Conduct HRD administration for daily, weekly, and monthly attendance
Manage employee overtime administration
Administer employee permits and leave
Calculate employee bonuses and compensation
Prepare salary and supporting components
Conduct employee recruitment
Manage general HR data administration
About you
Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Management, or Law
Minimum 3 years experience in HRD administration
Detailed understanding of HRD administration
Proficiency in compensation and benefits calculation including salary components
Knowledge of BPJS Health and Employment systems including SIPP and Edabu system usage
Attention to detail and neatness in administration
Ability to work efficiently and decisively according to HRD administration procedures
Proficiency with HRIS support systems
Understanding of recruitment processes
Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali
