Job Title: Admin/HR/Purchaser Executive

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin/HR/Purchaser Executive to join us. This role

will be pivotal in managing the human resources, administrative functions of our organization and

supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices, and

administrative and delivering operational support to vendors., with a strong ability to multitask and

prioritize responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Purchaser:

 Sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices to support manufacturing

operations and inventory accuracy.

 Evaluate, coordinate, and support technical sourcing based on project requirements

 Issue purchase orders

 Manage the approved vendor list which includes assessing supplier performance.

 Manage the shipping schedules and custom clearances of purchased materials.

(2) Human Resource:

 Oversee recruitment and selection processes.

 Administer payroll and statutory contributions.

 Maintain employee records, handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.

 Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and local laws.

(3) Office Administration:

 Preparation of delivery orders, invoices and other documentations

 Handle and prepare necessary document for import and export of shipments.

 Liaise with agents/vendors on cargo arrangements

 Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels

 Perform general filling and other ad-hoc duties

 Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff

Requirements:

 Proven work experience as an Admin/HR/Purchaser Executive or similar role.

 Experience working in the procurement department in an operations and manufacturing field

 Familiarity with Indonesia labour laws and HR best practices.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Short notice or immediate availability would be an added advantage.
