Admin Gudang Construction – Daily Worker (DW)

📍 Placement: Buwit, Tabanan, Bali

Job Description:

* Manage and record incoming and outgoing construction materials.

* Monitor and update warehouse stock records.

* Check quantity and condition of materials received and issued.

* Maintain warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and material records.

* Assist with regular stock opname.

* Coordinate with the project, purchasing, and supplier teams regarding material requirements.

* Ensure warehouse administration is accurate, organized, and up to date.

* Perform other administrative duties related to project warehouse operations.

Requirements:

* Male candidates are preferred.

* Currently residing in Bali is preferred.

* Previous experience as Warehouse Admin / Admin Gudang, preferably in construction or project environments, is a plus.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.

* Experience with SAGE system is a strong advantage.

* Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and reliable.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willing to work at a construction project site.

* Willing to be placed in Buwit, Tabanan, Bali.

* Able to adapt to a project-based working environment.
