Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and general affairs activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, facility management, and company assets.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and operational needs.
- Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with external service providers.
- Maintain records, contracts, permits, and administrative documents.
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and company events.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Prepare administrative reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
