PT Tenaga Kanggo Indonesia (Kanggo) is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Admin to support daily financial operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in administrative finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions (income & expenses) accurately
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Manage invoices, billing, and payment processing
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Support budgeting and expense tracking activities
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Finance Admin / Accounting Admin
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables & basic formulas)
- Familiar with accounting software (Accurate is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
