WE’RE HIRING — Admin Finance (ESB Specialist)
We are looking for an experienced *Admin Finance (ESB Specialist)* to support the implementation, setup, and audit of our F&B inventory system for our café/roastery. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and POS/inventory systems, with the ability to ensure accurate inventory records and menu costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain inventory data in the ESB POS & Inventory system.
- Create and organize stock item master data (SKU) for POS and inventory.
- Configure raw materials, finished goods, recipes, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Set up unit conversions (e.g., gram, kg, ml, liter, bottle, pack, etc.).
- Calculate and maintain accurate HPP/COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for each menu item.
- Conduct initial stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze stock variance reports.
- Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Train the operations team on monthly inventory maintenance and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.
- Continuously improve inventory processes and system efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, cost accounting, or finance, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Experience using *ESB POS & Inventory* or similar POS/inventory systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock opname, HPP/COGS calculation, recipe costing, and inventory auditing.
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, or other F&B businesses is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems & POS system ESB
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to speak English is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
- Available to join immediately (urgent hiring)
