About the role
This role involves recording, inputting, and organizing all daily financial transactions of the company into the system, managing petty cash flow, processing employee operational reimbursements, issuing invoices and tax invoices to clients, conducting daily bank reconciliation, and assisting accounting and tax consultants in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Key responsibilities
- Record, input, and organize all daily financial transactions of the company into the system
- Manage petty cash flow, process employee operational reimbursements, and ensure documentation completeness
- Issue invoices, receipts, and tax invoices to clients or customers accurately
- Conduct daily bank reconciliation to match internal data with bank statements
- Assist accounting and tax consultants in preparing and compiling monthly and annual financial reports
About you
- Minimum D3 or S1 education from Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or related field
- Work experience of 0-2 years in financial administration or similar field
- Able to use Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (mastery of basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table is essential)
- High level of accuracy, honesty, responsibility, and ability to work independently and in teams
