We currently looking for potential and motivated person to join our Team at Verse Hotels as Admin Food and Beverage ( Jakarta Area)
Responsibilities:
- Replace as a deputy when the manager is absent to ensure smooth business operations;
-Arranging shift schedules for FnB workers based on manager approval to ensure work needs are met and staff are rotated fairly;
-Determining the daily tasks of each subordinate staff to meet urgent work needs and ensure equality of work between staff.
-Be a bridge for communication between employees at lower levels and top management, such as hotel management, so that they can convey the aspirations of the workforce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related filed.
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience of Food And Beverage.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role and Execellent problem solving abilities and ability to work 24/7 operations for hotel requirements.
