We are looking for a full-time Admin F&B with min. 1 year of experience in F&B/hospitality for to join our team. We are currently in the process of opening a space for conversations, art, and community through a slow and unique customer experience. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day adminstrative tasks of the space. As the Admin F&B of our space, you will be responsible for daily operations, such as sales and purchase, petty cash, budget management, reconciliation, archiving documents, and day-to-day cashier. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Proficiency in data entry, customer service, and Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft Office applications is required. Proficiency in Accurate in highly desired. Strong organizational and administrative skills, along with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, are essential.
