We are looking for an English-speaking Admin Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Record daily transactions (AR/AP)
- Petty Cash: Handle office cash funds and verify all receipts.
- Invoicing: Issue client invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
- Expenses: Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Payroll: Process monthly salaries, overtime, and deductions.
- Tax: Calculate and report PPh 21 via DJP Online.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers on projects
- Records: Track attendance, leave, and maintain updated employee files.
- Filing: Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
- Support colleagues on leave.
- And other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Working language English - professional level required.
- Degree in Accounting/Business, with at least 3 years of experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central
