Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Event Staff Come Together
Job Summary:
We’re looking for detail-oriented and organized an Admin Event Staff to join our team at PT Ornamen Inti Makmur (Come Together), a growing event creative management company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative properly.
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Prepares all related departments documents (Purchase Order and BAST) and reports (event reports, monthly reports, annual reports).
- Developing and maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
- Ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing project documents correspondence and email.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
- Performs other qualified duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Education: minimum SMA/Diploma's degree in Administration/Management/Accounting or related major.
2. Experience: minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience in creative industry field/event organizer/event management
3. Skills:
- Communicative.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines.
- High lobby and negotiation ability
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the event industry.
