- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as admin. Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
- Proficient with very basic mathematics, customer service is required
- Candidate must have knowledge of eCommerce promotion, good writing skills for answering any occurred problem to customers, and willingness to learn new things
- High creativity and time management skills.
- Willing to work on-site at Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Generate data for report & weekly update
- Monitoring product stock for flash sale/push product allocation
- Handle all marketing operational processes related to store exposure
- Answering any inbound chat from customers on all available channels
- Find more opportunities for the brand to grow more Online.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
- Able to operate Google Spreadsheet at basic function (Pivot table, Vlookup/Hlookup) for reporting purposes is a plus
