Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin E-Commerce PT Digital Niaga Indonesia
Responsibilities :
* Creating a marketing and sales strategy for e-commerce platforms to increase sales
* Monitor the execution of marketing strategy and sales
* Follow up any questions, complaints and orders from customers
* Responsible for managing detailed operations in the e-commerce store platform regarding the addition of new products and sold out products
* Responsible for writing product descriptions in e-commerce store platforms, creatively writing text with image descriptions
* Responsible in set e-commerce discount & promo
* Have experience in e-commerce operation, familiar with other e-commerce platforms in Indonesia
* Able to take off the shelves of goods and optimize the layout of web pages
* Coordinate stock with warehouse team
* Updating products to various market places and website
Requirements:
* Minimum D3 in any major
* Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce management
* Having experience in operating e-commerce management & always update to new features
* Have computer skills Excel is a must (basic formulas, vlookup)
* Willing to work on site in Tangerang
