We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Data Entry to support our daily data administration activities, particularly related to vehicle and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) data.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Data Entry to support our daily data administration activities, particularly related to vehicle and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) data.
Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Cross-check data between SAP, Excel files, and supporting documents.
Maintain and organize vehicle records and other related data.
Prepare and update spreadsheets and data reports as required.
Perform other data entry and administrative tasks related to daily operations.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Logistics, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) is a must.
Good Microsoft Excel skills are required, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
Experience handling vehicle data, PDI records, or automotive-related data is an advantage.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
Able to work with repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
Available to work under a 3-month PKWT contract.
