Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with customer onboarding, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and follow up on pending matters.
- Prepare reports and support daily Customer Success operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Customer Service, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
