Job Description
We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and growth-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin / Customer Service Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, supporting administrative operations, and contributing to business growth through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and other communication channels professionally.
- Provide clear and persuasive information about the company's products and services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in the sales closing process.
- Manage customer databases and sales administration accurately.
- Support the marketing team in promotional activities and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Prepare daily administrative and sales activity reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably UI, ITB, UGM, or ITS).
- Major in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
- Previous experience in Administration, Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Possess a growth mindset, strong willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
