Preparing underserved young individuals for employment through potential assessment, training programs, coaching, and mentoring
Connecting underserved young individuals to most suitable economic opportunities through employment, self-employment, or entrepreneurships
Creating the systems & technology to support their transformation journey
Learning Mentor (LM) or we call it Mentor!
Job Purpose
Assist, support, and facilitate student learning experiences by providing active guidance, evaluation, and quality feedback.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate students' professional soft-skills development in group mentoring
Mentoring and coaching professional development through personal (1o1) conversation for personal and career development in administration and sales/business development field
Provide feedback for student's competency and learning progress throughout Kursus Lengkap 9 months journey: 3 months of intensive training, 3 months of internship, and 3 months of job-seeking process
Deliver following mentoring topics: technical skills, soft-skills, mentality, workplace adjustment, internship performance, job-seeking process from CV to offering
Actively contributing to Talenesia's series of educator development training and workshop
Time allocation per week = 5-6 hours
Qualifications:
Passionate in people development, especially for the underserved youth coming from low-mid socio-economic status and non-top tier university
Possess 3 years of working experience. It is a plus if the experience is related to Sales or Administration, preferably as Sales Trainer and Sales Admin.
An active listener who has strong empathy, experience in mentoring projects is a benefit.
Strong belief in human ability to learn (growth mindset) and has a huge appetite for learning
Interested to develop competencies in teaching/facilitating/coaching
Experience working with Learning Management System is a plus
Having an experience in being a mentor/leader who passionately nurture others or their team
