Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in billing or administration, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Familiar with billing or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate).
- Ability to prepare and review invoices, and understand delivery and billing documentation.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized in handling documentation and data entry.
- Can join ASAP
Job Description:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on completed deliveries and supporting documentation (DO, POD, etc.).
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of delivery documents and billing data prior to invoice issuance.
- Input billing transactions into accounting or ERP systems accurately and on time.
- Reconcile billing records with delivery logs and customer payments.
- Liaise with operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure proper billing flow.
- Monitor invoice payments and assist in accounts receivable follow-up.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents for reference and audit purposes.
