Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Assistant Masaya Trip Indonesia
a. Manage personnel administration, employee records, employment agreements, and other employment-related documents;
b. Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, permits, and other attendance-related administration;
c. Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding activities, and administration of new employees;
d. Assist in employee performance evaluations and the preparation, maintenance, and management of related documents and reports;
e. Manage and update office inventory records under the Company's responsibility;
f. Maintain and organize the Company's human resources files and documentation; and
g. Perform other duties related to the position and the Company's operational activities as required by the Company and as directed by the HR Manager or Employer.
Qualifications:
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Strong administrative and organizational skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally;
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
