Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow-up incoming inquiries as needed to ensure proper handling and closure.
- Provide general administrative support on various projects.
- Coordinate and handle deliveries to business partners.
- Assist in the preparation of events, exhibitions and campaigns
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detais.
- Proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Responsible and able to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in fashion industry is a plus.
