Job Description:
- Handle daily administrative and HR activities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel records.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents and employee data.
- Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
- Support payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to HR and administration.
- Ensure company HR procedures comply with applicable regulations.
- Perform other administrative and HR tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or a related field.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Have experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Have knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
