Job Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Admin and Front Office in villa or hotel
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum education diploma
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English and have good communication skills
- Have good knowledge in administration, reservation and guest relations procedures
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Honest, responsible and neat
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and administration software)
- Have experienced in using OTA
- Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy
- Adhere to villa SOPs and service standards
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
