We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to support our finance and HR operations at Bobby’s Burgers.
What You’ll Do
- Finance & Admin
- Track and recap daily income & expenses from all outlets
- Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents
- Prepare monthly financial reports (income, expenses, payroll list)
- Handle staff reimbursements
- Coordinate with accountant for tax reporting
HR Support
- Post job openings and schedule interviews
- Support onboarding (contracts, setup, admin)
- Maintain employee data (attendance, shifts, records)
- Assist payroll process and leave tracking
- Prepare HR documents (letters, memos, agreements)
What We’re Looking For
- Basic skills in Google Sheets / Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Based in Jakarta (on-site, with hybrid flexibility)
