Job Description
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a feel-good environment, and wants to be part of something that actually makes people feel better. As our Admin & Customer Service, you'll be the heartbeat of KOR Pilates Bali — the first face clients see, the voice behind the messages, and the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is a mix of client care, studio operations, and community-building.
Responsibilities
- Client Relations & Front Desk: Greet and welcome clients warmly, handle bookings, reschedules, and cancellations via the booking system, respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp/Instagram, and resolve any service issues with a calm, solution-first mindset.
- Studio Operations: Prepare the studio before classes (ensure equipment is clean, towels are folded, and space is ready), monitor cleanliness, manage inventory/supplies, and coordinate with instructors and vendors.
- Admin & Reporting: Manage and submit weekly reports (studio performance, sales, trainer attendance, petty cash), track trainer hours, and prepare session-based compensation calculations.
- Sales & Community Growth: Introduce clients to membership options through genuine conversations, help convert third-party platform users (e.g., ClassPass) into direct members, and capture photos/short videos for Instagram Stories to build community energy.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent (strong relevant experience is just as valued).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or the hospitality industry.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum Intermediate level).
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- Warm, welcoming, reliable, highly responsive, and proactive.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
- Target-driven and motivated to support studio growth.
- Passionate or curious about health, wellness, and Pilates.
- Experience with booking/scheduling systems or a background in the fitness/wellness industry is a big plus.
- Some exposure to sales, upselling, or client retention is preferred.
