We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Agent Coordination Officer to support the day-to-day coordination and administrative operations related to our agent network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with property agents and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.
- Distribute updated project materials, pricing, and relevant information to agents.
- Maintain well-organized records of agent communications, leads, and ongoing deals.
- Coordinate between agents and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing and managing documentation related to contracts and client processes.
- Track progress of ongoing transactions, including booking, payments, and handover timelines.
- Support administrative processes to ensure all workflows remain structured, accurate, and up to date.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in administrative roles within real estate, villa management, hospitality, or luxury property sectors. (point plus)
- Good understanding of villa-related administrative processes, including: contract coordination, client communication, and documentation flow. (point plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
