Dreamland Early Learning Center is Looking for an Accounting Admin!
Job Responsibilities:
a. Maintain and organize all administrative documents related to operational activities according to the relevant subject.
b. Input accounting data into the system.
c. Assist in preparing accounting and financial reports.
d. Source quotations from suppliers and prepare price comparisons.
e. Collaborate with the Accounting team in handling purchases for operational needs, ensuring the quality, quantity, and pricing of purchased goods.
f. Prepare petty cash and cash flow reports.
g. Handle payment and cash receipt transactions.
h. Calculate and record daily sales results.
i. Deposit funds to the bank when required, in coordination with the Accounting Team.
j. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks.
