Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Affiliate PT Four Universe International (4U)
Responsibilities:
- Manage affiliate registrations and maintain up-to-date affiliate records.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance (clicks, conversions, commissions).
- Prepare regular performance and payout reports.
- Calculate, verify, and process affiliate commission payments.
- Provide support and respond to affiliate inquiries and concerns.
- Distribute and update promotional materials (banners, links, voucher codes).
- Create content to support affiliate promotions, such as campaign briefs, social media captions, and product highlights.
- Coordinate with marketing/design teams to develop visual and written content for affiliate use.
- Maintain a content library with updated and brand-compliant materials.
- Ensure affiliate activities and materials follow company policies and brand guidelines.
- Act as a bridge between affiliates and internal departments (marketing, finance, creative).
- Assist in the planning and execution of affiliate campaigns.
- Provide performance insights and suggest improvements for affiliate engagement.
Requirements:
- Maximum aged 25 years old
- Bachelor's Degree Holder from all major are welcome to apply
- Have high interest on e-commerce and possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
- Have at least 1 year of e-commerce operations/ e-commerce specialist experience in Brand or similar roles would be preferred
- Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- Target oriented, Detail oriented, well organized and have a willing to learn attitude
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Have good command in English
- Will be located at Sedayu City (near with Kelapa Gading)
