The Admin Accounting & Cost Control is responsible for managing financial administration, maintaining accurate accounting records, and monitoring operational costs to ensure efficiency and profitability. This role supports budgeting, financial reporting, inventory cost control, and compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses and petty cash.
- Prepare and update accounting records, ledgers and supporting documents.
- Reconcile daily cash transactions, bank statements and sales reports.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Monitor and analyze operational costs to ensure compliance with budget targets.
- Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and supplier statements.
- Track food costs, beverage costs and other operational expenses.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and stock opname to identify variances.
- Investigate cost discrepancies and provide reports to management.
- Support initiatives to improve cost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cost data.
- Coordinate with purchasing and operational departments regarding stock movement and usage.
- Verify inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Organize and maintain accounting, inventory, and financial records.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, accounting standards and internal controls.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to management as required.
